40's Swing Era Fitted Silk Velvet Evening Top. XS

Lovely 1940's vintage fitted velvet top, so slinky soft that I'm fairly certain it is silk. It has self buttons down the front and is unlined. Please note this top is quite small across the bust and would probably fit an A to small B cup.

Condition: the top is is very good condition. There is a 1/2" section at the waist seam that is coming unstitched, the top button is missing, there are a few small water spots and crushed areas on the back and there is a 3/4" frayed slit on the edge of one armhole.
