50's Starlet Gene Shelly Pastel Beaded Sweater. S

Gorgeous 1950's vintage Hollywood starlet sweater in a baby soft pale creamy yellow lambswool with incredible pastel beading. The sweater is heavily beaded with short satin bugle beads in a floral design down the front, back of the neck and sleeve cuffs. The rest of the sweater has scattered double white seed beads. The body is lined with hook/eye closures up the front.

Condition: the sweater is in very good condition and all the beading appears intact. There is a small pinkish spot on the front of the sweater at the bottom (possible mend), the inside lining is stained, and there is some slight yellowing on the edge of the collar.
